SpiralCraft is a one-time purchase app. Please review the following cancellation and refund policy:

One-Time Purchase

SpiralCraft is sold as a one-time payment. Once the purchase is completed through the App Store, you receive full access to the app without any recurring charges.

Cancellations

Because SpiralCraft is not a subscription-based service, there is no ongoing payment to cancel. You may uninstall the app at any time, but this does not qualify as a cancellation or refund.

Refunds

All payments for SpiralCraft are processed by Apple. As developers, we do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. If you believe you are eligible for a refund (e.g., accidental purchase or technical issue), please contact Apple Support:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your SpiralCraft purchase and follow the steps to request a refund
